My Project

I am so excited to begin planning third grade math for next year! I have so many fun ideas and resources that I have already begun to create. I want to reach my students where they are, using centers and interactive activities to fill in any math understanding gaps as well as push them towards understanding!

My goal is that students would feel confident in math and WANT TO LEARN math!

So many times, students feel so defeated and incapable of math. In my classroom, I always want students to feel like they are smart and good at math, even if there are skills that they still need to continue to strengthen. I LOVE teaching math. Third grade math is a mixture of multiplication, division, area, fractions, graphs.... and so much more! I am so excited to build a classroom full of mathematicians who continually are growing in their studies and desire to get better at math every single day!
