Math Keeps Us in Shape

Please help me give my students a unique place to sit around math. The BOM Jackson Classroom Carpet shows many different shapes and allows enough space for students to sit during small group instruction.

My Project

Math can be a challenging subject to learn. When I do small group instruction, I pull students to the board and have them close to me as I reteach challenging concepts. With this rug from BOM Jackson Classroom Carpets, my students will have a more comfortable place to sit instead of sitting on the cold tile. Also, learning multiplication facts is a must in fourth grade. The ALAZA Multiplication Table and Math Area Rug will help students as they frequently sit on the carpet during our small group rotations.

The outlined shapes will provide every student a place to sit while giving others their personal space during small group instruction.

Students will bring the Amazon Basics Hardboard Office Clipboards to complete their work while sitting on the carpet.

My students are very resilient. Most of them have a parent on active duty in the Navy. Although their parent(s) are often on deployment, they still come to school ready to learn.
