My Project

Our Small Group Math Project is designed to make math more engaging, accessible, and confidence-building for students who thrive in a focused, interactive environment. In small group sessions, students participate in fun, hands-on activities like math board games, cooperative problem-solving challenges, and real-life math scenarios that make numbers meaningful. Whether it's learning place value through a dice game or strengthening geometry skills with shape-building puzzles, the goal is to turn math into something students look forward to.

By working in smaller groups, we can tailor instruction to individual needs, give students more opportunities to ask questions, and encourage peer learning.

With the right materials and support, this project helps kids not only improve their math skills but also develop a lifelong positive attitude toward learning. After a long lesson working in the math textbook, students need a brain break. Small group math sessions with games help reel them back in.
