Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to give my students the opportunity to make mistakes, and not feel like it’s permanent. Students are more likely to try when it’s not done with pencil and paper. With the use of whiteboards & dry erase markers, my students will have the confidence to take risks in math and keep learning.

Many of my students enjoy working in areas around the classroom that isn’t their desk.

With the hexagonal pads, my students can sit anywhere comfortably!

Often times, my students need a refresher on previous taught skills and will reference videos to help them out. With the class set of headphones, my students will be able to watch & listen to further their learning and understanding.

One of the resources my students have is a calculator. Unfortunately, these require batteries. With your help, we can always have a calculator ready to use.
