Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Math centers are important for my pre-k students to practice the skills we have learned during teacher instruction, like counting, patterns, shapes, sorting, solving puzzles, board and card games . A fun and happy experience for my young learners will help my students gain the knowledge they need to figure things out, predict, explore and help gain their attention and curiosity. When learning is fun, it makes it easier for students to remember and make connections to new concepts. These hands-on, learning materials will make math centers more fun for all students.
