My Students

My fourth grade children come into my room each day full of energy, enthusiasm, and excitement for learning math. They come in always wanting to know more than just what is being taught. Their curious spirit is infectious and often leads to exploring and learning above and beyond just the usual standards. My children are the best!

Please help me bring technology into our classrooms and help my students flourish as learners!

My sweet school children are in desperate need of Chromebooks. The kids enjoy using technology to learn and show off what they know. My students are regularly challenged with problem based instruction which requires technology in the classroom. Not only do they love solving problems but they really enjoy using the computer to complete assignments, research questions, and collaborate on real-world mathematics projects.

My Project

With the Chromebooks, my students will be able to use Google Classroom which will give them access to online assignments, Google Drive, and the opportunity to practice their typing and apply the mathematical skills we have learned. They will also be able to use awesome mathematics-based websites and complete our online text-supported lessons and activities.

The Chromebooks will open up so many learning opportunities for my kids.

These opportunities will lead to learning that cannot be explained, only experienced. When students have the opportunity to take ownership of their learning they grow by leaps and bounds. This is my wish for my kids.
