This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very artistic. They love math and science projects, and they love to hang these projects outside of our classroom for all to see. When it comes to creativity, my students always think out of the box. When projects are finished, these kids like to use construction paper or ribbon to make their projects stand out. They often talk about how another 4th grader stopped them in the hallway asking them, “How did you do that?” These academic projects are very much self-esteem and creative brain boosters.
