Help me give my students the basic necessities for learning whether it is at school or at home. The students will have access to writing tools and headphones to complete the work that is needed to grow.
I am currently one of two kindergarten teachers at a Title I public school located in Vermont. Many of my students are faced with challenges both in and out of the classroom due to the low economic status of their families and various family dynamics.
My students are at an age where their minds are growing by the minute, and they are so eager to learn every day.
They love hands-on activities and exploring our classroom environment. I encourage them to constantly challenge themselves and to learn from each other. I promote healthy behavior and a positive learning environment. They are active learners always trying their best.
My Project
My students love to learn and are eager everyday to develop in all areas of learning. They have currently been struggling with at home learning as well as not having the necessities needed to learn from home. Budgets will be tight for the next couple of years and I want to make sure that my students have what they need to succeed and flourish.
These materials will help the students learn whether they are at school or working from home.
The students will be able to use white boards and dry erase markers to complete work. They will have writing utensils to complete writing assignments. They will have headphones to use with their chromebooks to complete assignments.
These materials will help the students grow and develop into energetic and enthusiastic learners. My students have already shown a tenacity and dedication to learning that I want to continue to foster. With your support we can encourage and motivate these young students.
