My Project

The young dancers in my classroom work hard on technique every day. They are constantly trying out new material as well as rehearsing for performances over and over. We are requesting various sizes of massage rollers to soothe aching muscles after long days in the dance room.

The repetition of dance moves can lead to sore muscles in the young dancers, and these massage rollers will help soothe their growing bodies.

Massage rollers such as these are used by professional dancers as well as others in the fitness and yoga professions. They alleviate stiffness, and soreness, and prepare bodies to continue to move and learn. When the dancers feel good about their bodies, they are more likely to work hard in class.
