My Students

My students are curious young five year olds that are just beginning kindergarten. They are just starting to learn how to read, write, and count. They love to learn and explore so many new things. I love to see how excited my students are at school. I want to provide my students with creative and meaningful learning experiences that they can take with them for years to come. Our school is a high-performing, Title I kindergarten through fifth grade elementary school in Nevada.

My Project

Our class would love to use these interactive software "math games" with our interactive SmartBoard to practice concepts and skills on a daily basis. With these items, the students will be able to physically manipulate the games in a whole group setting while talking through the math problems to gain a deeper understanding for each student.

This software will be a visual and kinesthetic tool to work on and practice skills and concepts that we've been learning in our daily math lessons.

This will be a great way to increase interest and engagement in my classroom and increase math skills!
