Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Doodling, sketching, drawing, painting, coloring...these are all forms of art that can be used to ease, calm, and even stimulate a restless mind and soul. I serve amazing students whom are living stressful lives either academically, social-emotionally, physically, etc., caused by external factors they cannot control. The world today is tough, even for the 10 and 11 year olds I serve.

My students need a simple and carefree way to soothe and ease their minds and souls from their hectic little lives and free sketching and doodling and drawing in a journaling sketch book and sketchbook markers are a tools I aim to use to help them do just that.

A simple sketchbook along with these dual-tip markers can really let the mind free itself, line by line, color by color. Thank you in advance for partnering with me in providing for my students these dual-tip markers.
