Sometimes the little things make all the difference. It's amazing how much more engaged middle school students are when they can create their own resources and use scented markers while doing it! Additionally, when students can make their own resources, they are much more likely to retain the information. I am requesting chart paper and scented markers to use in my middle school College and Career Readiness class.
This class focuses on teaching students skills like communication, conflict resolution, and team building for the first quarter, and life skills like budgeting, career research, and goal setting for the second quarter.
