This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The pandemic continues to impact my students in a negative way. We are in a battle to make up lost ground and get our foundational Math skills back in order. Many of my middle schoolers need to review or relearn fractions, division, multiplication, logical thinking and well, pretty much all the math. The good news is my kiddos are motivated and want to improve their test scores and catch up. The math games, books and flash cards I am asking for will provide an alternative to traditional paper and pencil skill building. These materials can help change the world for my students.
