Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students spend each month being diligent in their learning and making the best choices they can. The last Friday of each month is special in our room because students have 2 hours to complete a PBIS event as a reward.

Students voted mid-January for the remaining 4 months of events and picked bead buddies for March, fuse beads for April, and Friendship Bracelets for May.

They had to write their opinion with their ideas, and we held a classroom vote. These activities are very motivating and important to the students.
