This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Second grade is a hugely developmental and active year for young students! My class is extremely active and loves doing activities that are hands on. The kiddos love getting to move around and explore the world around us. They are learning so much every day. I love helping them discover about the world, school, and others.

We spend a lot of our day in literacy and math centers.

They love spending time getting to do hands-on activities. It is so important to have materials that are ready and available for their use.
