My classroom has been so excited to have some alternative seating! They love having the accountability and responsibility of choosing their own spot in our classroom, every day. They are learning to make good choices, that help them do their best learning! They are also more comfortable in alternative seating like wiggle cushions, floor cushions, and stools. Alternative classroom storage, allows them to switch spots each day. Our 2nd graders also love having manipulatives to aid in their learning. I also have requested some headphones, because some of them are unable to provide their own for school time.
