My Project

My students are BEGGING me for manga books. Due to the popularity of many manga shows, students are wanting to read the manga books these shows are based on. Unfortunately, since manga series are very large, my book budget for a school year does not allow me to buy enough manga books for my students. In addition, during COVID we lost a large portion of our library collection from books not being returned that we are still replacing.

Our students who love Manga will regularly choose to read a book over scrolling through their mobile phone.

Manga books are so popular that I even have students who say they do not like to read asking for these books! Our library is becoming vibrant again. We have a very popular Manga/Anime club and they have been begging for certain series.

Your donation allows me to purchase popular manga book series and put them in the hands of my students as soon as possible who are dying to read them!
