My Project

My school is going to be making the switch to a new math curriculum in the fall. We are going to be receiving the curriculum over the summer so that teachers can begin to familiarize themselves with the new content. However, there are a lot of pieces not included in what is being provided.

Our classroom needs the math kit in order to ensure that all of my students have access to the materials that they need to help grasp the new math concepts!

This new curriculum has a lot of materials to help support students with disabilities and English language learners, as well as to continue to push students who are performing above grade level. However, many of these materials do not come with the standard kit or contain too many pieces for us to be able to make them for students efficiently and without depleting our ink and paper. This kit however, would provide me with a full color set, made to last, so that these materials would always just be a reach away. This would ensure that all my students get access to important tools to do their learning, and give me time to focus on teaching new content rather than copying and cutting!
