This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My classroom has sixteen amazing students who love to learn and socialize with their friends. This air purifier will enhance our student's abilities to learn in a classroom as it will reduce the amount of sickness. We have a child who has asthma and when getting sick she is admitted to the hospital almost every time. This air purifier will be a blessing specifically in her life and will hopefully lessen the time of recovery needed after getting sick. She loves to read, draw, and create beautiful pieces of work in our art center. She was absent for the past two weeks due to becoming sick and having to be admitted to the hospital to receive oxygen. Thankfully she has returned home and will be attending school on Monday. We are thrilled to have her back in the classroom and hope the air purifier will help minimize her asthmatic episodes. Please help us by donating an air purifier to our sweet girl and classroom.
