This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My project focuses on providing students with high-quality books and colorful markers to support meaningful learning and creative expression in the classroom. Books help build strong literacy skills, expand vocabulary, and inspire curiosity, while markers give students the opportunity to visually represent their ideas through posters and projects. Together, these materials encourage collaboration, communication, and hands-on learning. Students will use them during reading activities, project-based learning, and service-learning experiences to share their thinking and reflect on their learning. Funding this project will ensure all students have equal access to engaging resources that foster creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
