Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
A resource is a necessary asset and without it I would not be able to provide this project for my students. Each item was chosen with my students in mind by my students themselves. Spanish I will be making piñatas and Spanish II will be making luchador masks.
Most projects require many different resources to be completed, but without basic resources like balloons, glue, and colored construction paper it's impossible.
Balloons will be needed to create a base for the piñata and each will need to be decorated for the cinco de mayo festivities. The construction paper and scissors will be needed by Spanish II to create their masks and make them wearable.
