Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project will help my students connect with music in an engaging, hands-on way using classroom instruments and music supplies. Making music together encourages creativity, teamwork, and self-expression, while also supporting students’ focus and confidence. These tools will make music an interactive and joyful part of our classroom learning.

The goal of this project is to give my students hands-on access to musical instruments so they can actively explore rhythm, sound, and creative expression.

Through making music together, students will strengthen focus, collaboration, and confidence while experiencing the joy of learning through music.

My students are curious, expressive, and eager to learn through hands-on experiences. Many benefit from creative outlets like music to support engagement, self-expression, and connection with others. Music provides them with an inclusive way to participate, communicate, and succeed in the classroom.
