Making Mathematical Minds

Help me give my students materials to prepare their minds for mathematical thinking with ten-frames magnetic answer boards, laminating pouches, a laminating machine, and counting cones.

My Project

My kindergarten students are amazing! I love them because they are very curious, full of energy, and always eager to learn. The requested learning materials will enhance their curiosity and provide them with a hands-on learning experience.

A strong mathematical foundation is so important for a couple of reasons.

It will help promote healthy brain functions and improve problem-solving skills and it can lead to a variety of future career paths. The materials can provide students with an opportunity to explore math in a variety of ways. The counting materials will give students opportunities to practice counting, number matching and 1-1 correspondence. The addition games will give my students a chance to build foundational skills in computation. The laminator and the sheets will allow me save games I create for the students to use at their leisure. The ten frame magnetic board will be used as tool to assist in solving addition and subtraction problems. Let's prepare our future with a strong foundation in mathematical experiences.
