My students are special learners that need differentiated instruction in order to succeed. They walk into our school every day full of life, ready to learn, and excited for what is in store for them that day.
They are a group of children who work hard at being an inspiration to themselves and to others.
They enjoy incorporating what they have learned into real-life experiences. They are very enthusiastic about learning! They each have their own learning needs which makes it very important for me to provide my students with differentiated instruction, a safe environment as well as an education that is based around whole-brain learning.
My Project
My students will be able to use these materials for all their core subjects. They will be able to use repetition to learn key concepts in math and reading. With the convenient setup of these materials, they will also be able to learn to work independently with minimal help, which is a goal for them to be able to be mainstreamed in the general education classroom. The hands-on materials allow my students to be active participants in the lesson.
Not only will it help my students to learn math and reading, but it will also change the lives of students in the future as well, helping them develop foundational skills that are necessary in order to succeed!
