My Project

I want to help my students explore their imaginations and develop their artistic skills as a way to connect with texts we're reading. My hope is the makerspace will also nurture social emotional skills during these collaboration sessions.

Creating a makerspace with various art supplies will help cognitive development, promote critical thinking, and foster community and collaboration.

Access to these art supplies will empower my students to express themselves freely, build confidence in their creative abilities, and develop essential skills that extend far beyond. Your support will enrich their experiences in school, and more importantly, foster an appreciation for art.
