My Students

I work with a bright, high-energy group of students. These kids love the outdoors, especially the lakes, rivers, and forests that surround us.

Our district motto is to ACHIEVE, and my class does that daily through academics, character, and behavior.

My classroom is approximately thirty percent Native American. I am continually impressed at how motivated my students are when it comes to their learning. They are always up for a good challenge and exceed expectations! These kids are ready to learn!

My Project

My student will use Play-Doh, tape, brass fasteners, and other supplies to invent and create in our Makerspace area. The Makerspace area is a designated area where students can use the supplies to create the directed weekly challenge. For example, students may need to create a bridge that can hold a toy car.

A Makerspace area gives student the chance to be creative, invent, and build.

Please help me provide the necessary tools and supplies that our classroom Makerspace needs in order to be a quality area. Let's stretch the imagination!
