My Students

My students come to school each day eager to learn and do their best, regardless of the situation they may be dealing with at home. They love to read, write, create and problem solve. They are my inspiration and motivation to be the best teacher I can be. We are a classroom "Family" where we laugh, love and learn everyday.

Their love of learning and each other makes my job a lot easier.

Many have struggles outside of the classroom, so we make sure they feel safe and loved at school.

My Project

These past two years have been so difficult on students and teachers alike. Some days, after working so hard, we want to have some FUN! Many students don't have access to games or puzzles at home. I want to add these to our classroom to create a fun learning environment.

Any time I mention "Fun Friday" the kids light up with excitement.

Just spending 30 minutes on games and puzzles has had such a positive impact in my students' confidence and morale. It is a great way to build teamwork, cooperation and engineering skills.
