My students are the absolute best. They are kind, caring, and very grateful. They actually tell me thank you and appreciate what I and everyone else does for them.
The coloring books and Jenga will be used for a soft start to our mornings.
The sensory items will be used in our chill zone or just to keep a student calm at their desk. Most of my students get to my classroom 30 minutes before school starts, and I like to let them do fun things. The candy and toys will be put in our classroom treasure chest. The students will have many opportunities to pick the items they want.
