This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
I’m a Special Education teacher in a school that recently opened a space for students with special needs. My students are a happy, and excited bunch. My classroom could use instructional materials to engage their learning. I’m reaching out to see if my classroom can be gifted with notebooks, markers, pens, colored pencils, chart paper/markers, highlighters, paper, organizers, and folders. These materials will benefit them tremendously. Knowing they have what they need gives my students the confidence to keep progressing and learning because they are on par with their peers. Thank you for considering our needs.
