This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Prop money is a necessary staple of any theater and film department. At some point, you are going to need fake money for a scene, a play, or a student film. Having quality prop money will help give any performance a more authentic and realistic feeling, keeping the audience inside the illusion of the story, which is one of the most important things for students to maintain while they are performing or making a movie.

By donating to this project, you are giving my students access to a professional-level set of props similar to what is used on Broadway and in Hollywood.

This prop money can also be used by our financial literacy classes in mock transactions that simulate real-life experiences.
