My students need different classroom supplies such as a laminating machine, a sharpener, erasers and file folders to help them to be successful in learning.
I teach seventh grade special educational students. I try to teach hands-on concepts in math to help the students understand it better. I currently use my own personal laminator to make math fact worksheets for the students to practice their math facts.
I teach seventh grade special educational students math, social studies and reading.
Our school is high poverty level. Most of my students can't afford the basic school supplies such as paper and pencils. I try to introduce learning in many different ways to make learning fun.
My Project
Students will use the markers, write-on strips, laminator, pouches, and erasers to do their daily math lessons. They work out sample problems on dry erase boards so that I can see that they understand the concept before starting the assignment. I will make fact sheets using the requested laminator machine to help the students learn their math facts.
Students use math each day.
They need to know their math facts to help them function daily in the world. Funding our project will help my students learn their facts and other math concepts, easier.
