Make a Difference in a Third Grade Class

Help me give my students flexible seating, lap desks, emotional support tools, multi-use white boards to accelerate learning and support their social emotional needs!

My Project

Please help my third grade class! I have an amazing class, full of eight and nine year old's, that I believe would benefit from the materials on our list. We are looking for supplies to support children's social emotional learning by providing them with a variety of flexible seating, lap desks and materials needed while in flexible seating. I'm hoping with a variety of flexible seating, that this will also encourage student's intellectual engagement. We are also looking for mini-digital timers and multiplication flashcards to help students reach their goal of being fluent in their multiplication facts by the end of third grade. We are also in need of noise canceling headphones and sensory toys to help my students with a variety of needs and disabilities. These materials will be used in a calm down corner where students may escape to relieve themselves of strong emotions. Lastly, the white boards will help my students in all subject areas. These white boards will help my struggling learners with difficult concepts and allow them to have multiple visuals to build their understanding of those concepts.
