Magnetic Math Tools & Reading Materials to Capture Learning

My Students
The students we have in our kindergarten classes are full of love, passion for learning and are so creative. They are so very full of life and are eager to ask many questions, explore and learn in any way possible.
Our school has 300 children who come from a wide variety of home lives.
Some people may think that since our school population is 100% free breakfast and lunch, we may be struggling or that the family or children are, but together we fight this stigma and work to improve and grow each child to their fullest potential.
This is so easily done, because no matter what, my kindergartens want to come to school each day to share in the rigorous work we do. These sweet students want to learn so many things, even if we don't always have all the resources.
My Project
In this project I am hoping to receive book titles to reinforce important topics. This is meant to build my library which will be used to share with my students and support the concepts of social studies and citizenship taught in kindergarten. In addition to books, I am asking for credit to be used from teacher's pay teachers. This brings an abundance of opportunity for me to build and plan rigorous but also engaging lessons in both reading and math and I know with the help of this project my plans will be richer for my busy students. Lastly, I have asked for many magnetic math manipulatives as it has been more challenging to give direct instruction to students in front of the class. In kindergarten we are used to teaching on the carpet with all friends together learning. So, giant magnetic numbers, shapes, and objects will support students learning in math by providing them the opportunity to visually see examples and concepts on the board in front of them, while staying safe in their own space/seats.
