My Project

This project will set my students up for success by helping me provide interactive math binders for each student and creating a welcoming classroom environment.

Many of my students don't have all the supplies they need, and my goal is to provide each student a pencil pouch including a pencil(s), colored pen for note taking, highlighter, ruler, and calculator.

Each student will be able to customize their binder by choosing the color of their paper and pencil pouch. It is amazing what my students can do when you give them the tools to do so!

This is my second year teaching, and my second goal for this project is to transform my classroom into a place where students feel comfortable. Tools like the laminator, hot glue gun, and boarders will make it possible for me to create their Magical Math classroom.

My students deserve the best possible math instruction. Each and every one of them has different needs and learning styles, and it is important to be able to move around the classroom while I teach. The Waycom tablet allows me to write on the board from anywhere in the room so that I can see what students are writing, adjust what I am teaching, and provide assistance seamlessly and simultaneously.
