My students need a new carpet with educational designs to help coming to the "floor" turn into coming to the lovely carpet!

My students are full of surprises, inquisitive, and looking for knowledge at all times.
They come from backgrounds that are often challenging and overwhelming; however, each day they are looking forward to learning and exploring.
Our school tries very hard and has many challenges to face. We are a Title 1 school with 99% minority population, and 100% free/reduced lunch. We are a community school, a staple in our area. An area that has been recently affected by so many tragedies. In spite of this, we work hard each day to honor the long legacy of the school and our community we love and teach in. My students are so very important to me and deserve the very best educational experience possible!
"Ok, everyone! Let's all move to the carpet! Oh, I mean the floor!" That's when my third graders laugh and say, "Ms. S., when are we gonna get a rug? We love to gather together, but the floor is just so cold!"
Yes, in third grade we still gather for lessons in front of the Smart Board, a class movie about science or social studies topics, a read aloud, and a story presentation.
These time are so important for social and emotional growth.
My students love to gather together to work out math problems on the Smart Board. They love to hear me read folktales and books about the ocean. The want a nice place to sit when they are working on stations. The just don't like the cold, hard floor. I want them to have the very best in learning materials and my school is just not financially able to provide that.
This rug would allow us to gather, work together, and collaborate while being educated by the colorful world map print. We can have a wonderful place to gather, and be educated about maps and the world, an important 3rd grade skill.
