My students come from all walks of life, creating a diverse classroom where they learn from one another on a daily basis. I want them to grow up to be critical thinkers and life-long learners who are compassionate, empathetic, and cognizant of anyone and everyone. The students who I have the pleasure of teaching are absolutely amazing. I may be partial, but they are thoughtful teenagers who are going to change the world.
It is time to invest in their futures now, by bringing them the best educational tools to help them succeed in their current and future endeavors in order to create innovative leaders of the future with social-emotional intelligence to build their character, kindness, mindfulness, and empathy.

My Project
The MacBook Air computer will allow my students to access the content and curriculum in new ways within the classroom. The current classroom computer is dying and responds really slowly, which does not engage middle school teenagers, and creates missed opportunities for learning.
A new MacBook Air will bring my students up to speed with the current content and curriculum standards while incorporating their creativity to capture and captivate their ever-changing mindsets.
This MacBook Air computer will provide access for all students to be engaged with the content and curriculum in the classroom and allow students the opportunity to learn and grow with technology that works at the speed they are accustomed to working.
