My Students

This computer will open a world of possibilities for my intellectually hungry students. They will be able to conduct research, edit videos, record stop animation films and engage in virtual labs.

My students are diverse, driven and determined.

They crave opportunities for enrichment and self expression. They have an intrinsic desire to learn, and to push themselves to be outstanding students. My school is a magnet school with a track record of excellence, and we strive to create a school culture of success.

My Project

My students need the opportunity to complete student projects. Students in AP Biology will be recording videos of their lab experiments and creating video lab reports. Students enrolled in a college-level biochemistry independent study will use the computer to explore current research on pubmed and scifinder. Students in the MESA club will use the computer to help design project and learn to code applications and websites.

Donations to this project will allow my students to complete projects and engage in new types of learning.

Students will be able to develop cutting edge skills and complete tasks that would otherwise be impossible with our current resources. This will enrich their learning experience, engage their imaginations and ultimately deepen their knowledge. Please support my students with a donation to this project!
