Help me give my students assurance knowing that they are following safe food handling procedures by wearing food-safe gloves while cooking in our culinary labs.

My Students

My students are eager to come back to school to help restore a little normalcy in their lives and have fun learning how to cook. Over 175 students will be able to benefit from and be more protected by getting to use these food-safe handling gloves.

As one of the most requested courses in the school, the Foods, and Nutrition classes allow students to learn cooking and baking skills that they will be able to use for a lifetime.

The enthusiasm I see for learning these new skills is very motivating. I hope to be able to cook safely with all of my students knowing that we are using the best food safety practices possible and this project will allow us to be successful.

My Project

Seniors get to learn hands-on skills that will serve them well as they prepare healthy and delicious foods while being protected with these disposable food-safe gloves. Cooking and Baking Skills are life long assets and are the goal of my culinary lab-based classroom.

Safe food handling has always been a priority in my classroom but it is especially crucial now during these trying times.

Having disposable gloves in different sizes and thicknesses for different tasks will make our culinary labs even more sanitary. Thank you for helping my students get to stay safer while learning such important skills.
