My Project

In today's digital age, cell phone use has become a significant distraction in the classroom, hindering student engagement and learning. As a teacher leader, I am seeking funding for cell phone lockers, key ring chains, and numbered labels. These items will help provide a secure place for students to store their phones during class, allowing them to focus on learning and increasing overall engagement.

Cell phones are a constant source of distraction for students, pulling their attention away from the lesson and disrupting the learning environment.

By providing cell phone lockers, we can eliminate this distraction and create a more focused and engaged classroom atmosphere.

Furthermore, using cell phone lockers teaches students valuable lessons in responsibility and self-regulation. Students will be responsible for locking up their phones upon entering class and then keeping their numbered keychain ring safe for the period. By actively choosing to lock away their phones during class, students are taking ownership of their learning and demonstrating a commitment to their education.

Ultimately, the goal of this project is to create a more conducive learning environment that promotes student engagement and academic success. With your support, we can provide our students with the tools they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.
