My Project

My scholars with special needs thrive when given real world examples of things. During OT sessions I provide my students with hands on resources that are only in black in white.

Being able to print color images will increase visual attention towards learning concepts presented during OT and Speech sessions.

It will also increase carryover to everyday real world instances and bring curriculum come to life!

During cutting activities students struggle when given standard paper which is quire flimsy. However, when I provide them with card stock it helps them manipulate the paper easier and cut along the given lines easier. Having color images and card stock makes learning more accessible and engaging for my scholars.
