My Students

Kindergarteners are so excited about life and the world. I love how excited these children are to learn and explore.

My students love to move, play, say what's on their mind, and discover new things.

I have had several chances to move to a different grade, but I could never leave the magic of kindergarten.

However, I feel a big responsibility to set these little minds and hearts off on the road to learning. I want them to love school. My goal is to create the best environment that I can for them to develop and grow in kindergarten.

My Project

Because of the lack of formal schooling during lockdown and time spent in quarantine, my kindergarten students desperately need more exposure to literacy activities and instruction. These children need fun, engaging ways to practice their letters, sounds and phonological awareness skills. The materials I am asking to be donated will give my children hands on learning experiences that will help them learn and practice reading and writing skills. These skills are needed to be successful in kindergarten and in grades to come. Please help enrich our classroom and provide enhanced learning experiences for these amazing little students! Thank you!
