My Project

I teach an early intervention program in Baltimore City for an awesome group of three-olds with special needs. I try to support my students the best way I can to help them reach their full potential and catch up to their same aged peers. These students require a lot of materials to help them get there. They need a lot of toys, sensory input, and visuals to help support their learning. The materials requested will help build creativity, increase social emotional and self-regulation skills, support speech and language development, strengthen fine motor skills, and strengthen foundational learning skills. These children get so excited to play with the materials they are given and I am so proud of how hard they work using toys to learn new skills.
