My school is a public blended preschool program. We serve students from all over Champaign who qualify by either having a special need or enough factors to put them at risk for school failure in the future. My classes are very diverse. We have around 15 languages at our school. We serve all range of abilities and socioeconomic backgrounds. We see such incredible growth each year!
It is an incredible privilege to guide young minds in learning, and as a donor, you would take part in that amazing growth.
My Project
I am requesting science tools, materials, and puzzles. Science centers are typically neglected in early childhood classrooms, but, in my opinion, are where some of the most crucial and exciting learning occurs. I've included things from life sciences (Early View Science Specimens and puzzles) and physical sciences including Hape puzzles, Marble Run, Metal Pin Art image captors, Simple Machine Trucks, Ramptastic.
My students need high-quality materials to explore science principles through play.
Our small classroom budgets are barely enough to supply our rooms with the most basic supplies, so we rely on generous donors to help provide what our excited and engaged investigators need. Donating to our project will help out society as this generation grows up interested in learning and caring for the world around us.
