Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are a bright, kind, and eager group of kiddos that I cannot wait to work with this year. The students, families, and staff at our school are dedicated to creating an amazing community of learning. We have a diverse population from many different backgrounds that have come together to learn and grow.

And we couldn't be more excited to do just that!

Education is the key to success for my students. Kindergarten is just one of so many adventures that they will take in their life and I am so excited for us to be a part of that for them! I will do everything I can to make this year an exciting, engaging, and enriching year for them and I hope that you'll join me in that. Your impact will be incredible for these students.

My Project

Literacy is such an important part of our curriculum, as in Kindergarten my students are just learning the skills they will need for the rest of their lives. Learning their letters and sounds will give my students the opportunity to put words together to describe and to learn about the world.

Language gives us every tool we need for our future.

Becoming a lifelong reader leads to success in so many areas of life. These supplies will enrich my students knowledge of letters and sounds, building blocks for the rest of their learning. The development of our literacy skills is pivotal, and will lead to incredible outcomes for my students.
