This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I have a wonderful group of energetic students who are full of life. Every day, they work very hard to reach their goals.

My students come from different backgrounds in a Title I school located in South Central Los Angeles.

More than half of my students are from low-income households. My classroom is a melting pot of different cultures. My students are eager to learn and be creative every day. They are sweet, respectful, responsible, kind, happy, and curious students who love to explore the endless possibilities in our classroom. They are amazing kids who deserve the best education. I feel blessed to teach such an amazing group of students. I feel very proud of my students for working very hard and trying their best every day.

I have a beautiful class family.

My students are very happy to be back at school again, learning with their friends and teachers.

They are a wonderful group of really hard-working and kind students.

They love to learn!

My students have been working really hard since they returned back to school. They are engaged during learning time and they complete their daily classwork and homework. They are responsible, respectful and kind.

My students' health and wellness is very important as is their academics. I want my students to be in a safe, happy, clean and healthy classroom environment.

Please help me to provide my students with sanitizing supplies and masks to keep our students happy, safe and healthy during these challenging times.
