This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Learning about life cycles in a PK classroom would be very engaging if we had an egg incubator to provide our students with hands-on experience of observing the fascinating process of embryo development. Students will be able to witness the stages of egg development firsthand and be able to experience baby chicks hatching from their eggs.

Focusing on the life cycle naturally leads to an understanding and appreciation of growth and change.

Our goal for this project is to ignite our students' curiosity and passion for science by offering engaging and interactive learning experiences with the egg incubator. We aim to cultivate a sense of responsibility and empathy as students care for the developing eggs.

4 year olds students have for exploring and discovering in the world around them. By providing them with resources like an egg incubator, feeder, and brooder lamp we are giving them a real world experience to learn hands on the life cycle and how to care for a living creature. These experiences can leave a lifelong impact to our smallest learners that are eager to learn and will one day impact the world around them positively.
