My Project

My students naturally love to learn and definitely let me know about it! In my time with them this year, I have noticed that they often have the most motivation when learning intersects with play. Implementing Literacy and STEAM Centers into my day has been an educational and fun way for my students to learn. Dedicated collaborative center time where students are allowed to learn while playing also fosters the acquisition of essential social skills development.

Having sufficient Literacy and STEAM Center materials such as Build-A-Word Magnet Boards, Tactile Numbers Match-Ups, and hand2mind Numberblocks Counting Puzzle Sets etc.

from Lakeshore and Amazon will help set my students up for success in acquiring critical foundational skills.
