My students need books on CD's and a comfortable place to listen to stories in the classroom.

My Students

The students in my class are include students with special needs as well as typically developing children. Our classroom is an inclusive preschool classroom. My children love to read and explore books.

They need materials to make a cozy listening area in our preschool classroom.

The students love to use their imagination and listen to stories. They are curious about the world around them. By donating to this project you will be helping preschoolers learn about the work around them.

My Project

My students need a soft, comfortable spot in the classroom to listen to stories on CD's. Pre-reading skills are so important to preschool age children and they learn so much by listening to stories and following along with a book. The children will enjoy having the soft mat and pillows to sir on while they curl up to listen to one of their favorite stories. The headsets will make sure that several children can listen to the story without being disturbed by any noisy activities going on in the classroom. The students will be working on their listening and reading skills.
