This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Students
My students come from a wide range of backgrounds. We are a Title I school where all students receive free lunch and breakfast. This school year, I am teaching 2nd grade Language Arts.
Because we use technology as part of the ELA curriculum every day, students are independently learning.
Right now we have flimsy headphones that keep breaking. We could use some sturdy, child-friendly sets that will last.
I am excited to see what this school year will bring. Thank you for looking at my project.
My Project
Having the equipment to encourage independent learning is so important. These headphones are sturdy and comfortable for little ears. They are built to last.
I want to make sure that my students have what they need to succeed.
Independent learning time is so important to allow students to show what they know. They take pride in learning on their own.
The curriculum we use allows each student to work at their own pace, on their own learning path. Having headphones that work makes a big difference. Right now we have small, flimsy headphones that keep breaking and they are uncomfortable.
