My Project

My kindergarten students love be at our listening center in the classroom. They get the chance to listen to various fiction and non fiction books throughout the school year

As they listen to the books on cd, students each hold a copy of the text and follow along.

After listening to the book, students then have the opportunity to respond by writing about what they listened to.

Our class listening center is in desperate need of new books for my kindergarten students to enjoy. They have already had the opportunity to listen to all of the sets that I currently have in the classroom.

This project includes multiple new books with CDs, as well as additional book copies so that students will each have one to follow along with at the listening center.

Any help in bringing new listening center books into our classroom would be greatly appreciated!
